Email: Anna Filchakova - John Freere Perry (based in Maidstone, Kent, United Kingdom) - CV posted : 10/11/2011
Summary of professional experience: 21 years experience in Quality Assurance, including 13 years in Hong Kong & China. In my spare time during the last 15 years I have been studying singing to a professional standard with Marian Nowakowski, Eduardo Asquez, Warren Mok and finally Linda Esther Gray, whilst working full time in the QC Inspection and Healthcare Manufacturing Industries. I have performed in a number of Concerts / Opera Productions, however, it has been limited, due to the demanding nature of my various jobs, particularly for those in Hong Kong & China, due to the extensive traveling & number of hours worked. I have an extensive knowledge of Music, Singing, Opera & Opera Singers and have followed the careers of a number of British & International Singers closely. In addition, I am an avid collector of CD / Records of Singers & Operatic Performances, many of them live recordings. I have written a number of articles on my various Singing Teachers for Opera Magazine & the Record Collector, when time has permitted and have just finished a biography of my first Singing Teacher - Marian Nowakowski, which will hopefully be published in the coming months on a Website dedicated to keeping his memory alive. I have gained management experience in customer focused companies, together with a forensic, detailed, meticulous and highly organized approach to work and believe I would be most suited to working in a music library / administration role, particular due to my enjoyment for carrying out research.
