Description of position:
You would gain a good breadth of experience working with all company departments assisting with servicing engagements, answering the main office phone, updating artist profiles and engagement schedules, researching promoters and updating our database. You would have the opportunity to interact with artists at concerts and in daily tasks. You would receive in-house training on artist management software (Artifax).
Skills required:
We are looking for somebody with very good administrative/organisational skills, self-motivation and computer literacy. You should be passionate about working in classical music, committed and willing to work in a busy environment. You may be expected to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Might suit: university student or recent graduate. Minimum 3 months Post available: during term time or summer holiday – dependent upon applicant.
