Terms and Conditions
This website is run by the International Artist Managers' Association and is intended to be a source of information for its members. There are two main areas of the site: public and non-public, the latter being accessed through a specific e-mail and password. Views expressed on the site do not necessarily reflect those of the Association.
Code of Practice and Regulations: All companies who have been accepted as members agree to abide by the Association's Code of Practice and regulations as carried by vote of the membership.
Subscriptions: The Association derives over half of its income from membership subscriptions paid annually before mid-February. Failure to settle dues after this date may result in the lapsing of membership status or a percentage levy (presently 4% or as determined by the Board from time to time) on top of the annual subscription. Subscription is based on the number of full-time staff employed but the final amount will also depend on when the company was established and its location in the world.
Classical Music Artists (CMA): This is a joint Directory with the European Association and all decisions are jointly made according to recommendations put forward by a jointly appointed Editorial Advisory Board (EAB). It is an independent publication managed by the IAMA office and accountable to the memberships of the AEAA and IAMA. Apart from the website: www.ClassicalMusicArtists.com, it is released as a book annually each March/April. Full members are obliged to list their artists whom they represent exclusively. An annual levy is applied to help support the costs of the project such as development, maintenance, staffing, keeping it free to the user.
Privacy Policy: For details of the IAMA Privacy Policy please click here.
Complaints: All comments and complaints should be addressed to: Chief Executive, IAMA, 23 Garrick St, London, WC2E 9BN or info@iamaworld.com.
The Association is a non-profit body registered in England and Wales.
